Nature of Our Products

Every product sold on SoftLicenseDeals is a digital software license key. We do not sell, ship, or handle any physical goods. All products are delivered electronically by email — there is no shipping, no physical packaging, and no tracking number involved in any order.

Eligibility

Pricing and Order Acceptance

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order — for example due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unusual order patterns — and to limit the quantity of any product purchased per customer.

SoftLicenseDeals reserves the right to decline sales intended for unauthorized resale. “Resale” means purchasing a key from us with the intent of reselling it commercially to a third party without our authorization.

Digital Delivery

License keys are delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 0–2 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to payment verification or high order volume. If you do not receive your key within the expected window, contact contact@softlicensedeals.com.

Because our products are delivered digitally and activate immediately upon use, please see our Refund Policy for the specific terms that apply once a key has been revealed or activated.

Product Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to describe each product accurately, including license type (Retail, OEM, MAK, or Volume), the number of activations included, and any transfer restrictions. If you believe a product was materially misdescribed, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it — see our Refund Policy.
